"Embracing the Kynic not the Cynic" draws on Derrida’s différence and différance, shifting from the sharp cynicism of Andrea Fraser’s Untitled (2003) toward the curiosity and engaged critique of the Kynic. This evolution shaped both the work and my own creative path, replacing detachment with inquiry. The series invites viewers to embark on their own reflective journey — to question, to learn, and to embrace the courage of seeing differently.
